Our return policy is simple. If for some reason you received a product you didn't order, simply call customer service with your order number within 72 hours and we will issue a return authorization number and a return shipping label. If your item arrives with damage by the carrier, please let the delivery person know the package was damaged in any way or opened when the delivery is made. All knives shipped from USAOTFBLADES must be signed for at delivery, therefore you can inspect the package. As stated in our Mission Policy: We inspect every knife by hand that we ship. This eliminates you receiving an inferior product. We only sell high quality products that are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. Therefore we do not accept returns after 3 days. If you want to return a product you must call customer service within 3 days from receipt of your product to obtain a return authorization number. Returns must be in unused new condition and all factory packaging must be included with no damage. Return shipping is your responsibility. All automatic knives must be shipped UPS or FedEx and should be insured for the purchase amount. All other products can be shipped USPS Priority Mail. All items should be returned in it's original shipping box the item was received in.
